The Agriturismo La Burlanda is an organic farm, immersed in the green heart of Lunigiana, on the hills of Fosdinovo, among olive trees and centuries-old vines.
The rooms are comfortable, offers garden views. Equipped with a shower, the private bathroom also comes with a bidet, and each rooms has air- conditioned. The structure consists of three rooms, a suite, and an apartment, all recently refurbished.
The restaurant offers a zero-kilometer kitchen, based on our products and products from local farms and fisheries, respecting Lunigiana’s traditions and recipes.To be tasted in particular are the Sgabei to be combined with cold cuts and cheeses, and then the fresh homemade pasta, such as ravioli and pappardelle,pici, and then the second courses of grilled or wood-fired meat.
Moreover, the structure produces wine, oil, honey, and much more. And also has an outdoor swimming pool.
