The Hotel Maurin was founded in 1952 as a cellar for the sale of wine, then over time it has evolved into a restaurant and later into a Hotel. Recently the premises have undergone a restoration intervention, thanks to this the bakery was also born, which serves all the local delicacies, up to the Carrara marble souvenir.
